Machine with movement of feed dog, needle and feet specially designed to feed the heaviest materials such as automotive industry (steering wheels, seats, etc.), sofas, bags, mattresses.

Artificial Intelligence

AI chip instantly transmits thickness and resistance changes to the motor, thereby increasing penetration force and motor torque to perform further feed efficiency.

Thickness Sensor

When built-in sensor detects fabric thickness, automatically initiates second alternating sewing feet sewing and additional thread tension device to best perform whole seam.

Double alternating sewing feet

Two knobs set 2 interchanges system feet, to be activated automatically or manually according to overlapping or thicknesses detected.

Additional thread tension device

Second thread tension can also be activated automatically or manually according to overlapping or thicknesses detected.

Double Stitch Length

Corners sewing and similar seams, require decreasing stitch length: Jack Z7 automatically switches to the function by pressing a button without having to set the knob.

Electronic Handwheel

Micrometric adjustment setting by rotation of integrated digital handwheel. Half stitch with a simple click!

Function keys

The function keys are positioned on the head of the machine, one of which can be programmed as desired from the panel.
