Real-time detection of thickness changes at fabric seams and calculation of the optimal ratio between presser foot pressure force and feed dog force for maximum versatility on all fabric types.
Foot Pressure
Thanks to a sensor on the foot, the machine will read the changes in thickness and modulate the pressure of the foot during sewing, raising it on the joints to facilitate the passage.
Powerful Feeding
The speed of 7000rpm is reached and can remain constant even on thickness changes thanks to the motor that automatically detects thickness changes in real time and increases the torque up to a maximum of 9.2 Nm!
10mm foot lift
The presser foot lift is digital and controlled by a stepper motor. Its lift can reach 10mm (only with C7-4, for other models refer to the specifications table).
Digital electric cutter
The automatic thread cutting is short up to 5mm and the cutter is controlled by a stepper motor and no longer by a magnet. It is also possible to have the pneumatic chain cutter wasted suction devices (KS/KH) and automatic batchlatch (BK) as optional.
Voice Guide
The panel is super intuitive thanks to the quick keys and the voice guide.
Minimal design
No more cables, magnets, devices or external motors: now everything is integrated for a minimal design and quick cleaning.
L/M/H Selector
Mechanical lever for the height of the feed dog ellipse for light/medium/heavy fabrics.
3 Sewing Modes
Manual with full use of the pedal, semi-automatic with the use of the pedal while cutting and foot lift are automatic thanks to the photocells and finally automatic where the machine works only with the photocells.
Thick Fabric
Don't be afraid to sew thick material, URUS's feed guarantees perfect stitches even on the most difficult materials, without having to slow down!
Chaincutter Wasted Suction (KS/KH)
The front part sucks up the scraps of material, while the back part sucks up the cut threads and allows you to keep the seam clean.
Automatic Batchlatch (BK)
Automatic device to increase the quality, avoids damaging the fabric in the formation of the chain return.
Semi-Dry (W)
Grease lubrication system, needle bar in DLC (diamond like carbon), prevents the oil from damaging the fabric.
