When the neck is loaded it is immediately tensioned, the photocell and the motors automatically align the joint at the start of sewing.
Size Presets
From the touch screen display you can customize and save the desired size: it will bring the tensioners into the right position with just one click.
Programmed Neck Curl
The motor located on the upper feeding allows you to change the gathers while sewing on the desired neck section.
Chaincutter and waste suction
The front part sucks up the material scraps, while the rear part sucks up the cut threads and helps keep the seam clean.
